Idea
Imagine an ideal world in which everything would be perfect, pleasant and simple. This is exactly the world we imagine when we create the recipes for our beers and when we brew it for you.
The credo of our brewery is to take everything from a slightly different end than is customary in the Czech Republic and create a brewery more similar to what we see in Great Britain or the United States. Our goal is to brew good beer without compromise. A beer that you will not drink by volume, but a beer that you will primarily enjoy and perceive as a delicacy rather than as a drink.
Raw materials
We don't make compromises, that's why we brew beer only from ingredients intended for that beer style. Don't look for any extracts or concentrates in our beers, everything is purely natural. The beer you get in kegs, bottles and cans is also in its natural form -- unpasteurized and unfiltered with live yeast.
Technology
We do not stick to traditions or established procedures. On the contrary, we like modern technology. Nevertheless, most of the work here is purely manual, artisanal. The heart of the brewery is three thousand-liter stainless steel stills and 22 stainless steel, individually cooled, tanks for fermentation and maturation of beer with a total capacity of 1120 hl. We keep the temperature in the tanks a little higher than most Czech breweries -- that's how top-fermented beers like it. Our beer will keep for at least one month even in season. Everything takes its time.

For larger groups, a tour can be arranged on an individual date.
The minimum number of people for a tour is 10. If the capacity is not filled, the date of the tour will be moved by agreement.
